A tasting “à la carte” experience which generally includes a 5-part tasting, with a great Champagne, a white wine, two red wines, and a meditation wine that extends conversations while accompanying the sweets.

Examples of themed courses: Sommelier’s Secrets, Biodynamics and Viticulture of the Future, Legendary Wines and Estates, Once in a Lifetime etc.

For each wine, numerous anecdotes will enhance the pleasures offered in the glass, and the sommelier will highlight the choices that have allowed these estates to distinguish themselves!
